Privacy Policy

ElevenSlots is a Chrome extension and companion website. We take a privacy-first approach: your voice data never leaves your browser, and we collect only the minimum needed to sell and validate your license.

Data stored in the extension

All voice metadata, audio samples, and settings managed by the extension are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local). They are never transmitted to ElevenSlots servers. The only third party the extension talks to is the ElevenLabs API, using the API key you provide.

Data stored on our servers

When you buy a license, we store:

• Your email address (provided to Stripe at checkout)
• Your license key
• The Stripe checkout session ID and creation timestamp
• Whether the license is active

This information is used solely to generate, deliver, and validate your license. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store any card numbers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own policy.

License validation

The extension periodically sends your license key to our /api/verify endpoint to confirm it is still active. We log the request IP for rate-limiting purposes only. No browser history, no telemetry, no analytics from inside the extension.

Website analytics

The marketing site may use privacy-friendly analytics (for example, Plausible or Umami) which do not set cookies and do not track individual users.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your license record at any time by emailing info@elevenslots.com. Note that deleting your license record will also deactivate the extension on your devices.
